The actual manufacturing process involves several factories creating components, mostly using industrial robotics. The final product is a consolidation of all components. The end product is then sold to a trading company which in turn sells it to high volume, high turnover Australian retailers such as Harvey Norman, A-Mart and those mentioned earlier. 90% of Australian retailers are also consolidators. Buyers travel to Asia and purchase product from various manufacturers. Furniture may come from up to 20 different sources. They do not manufacture, design or finish the products sold. At these stores, the choice of fabrics, colours or accessories is entirely limited. What you see is what you get.

• Mon to Sat – 10am to 5pm
• Sunday – 11am to 4pm
