Sulfaro furniture is completely handcrafted and hand-built in our modern facilities – studios and workshop – located in Mitcham, Melbourne directly behind our extensive showrooms.

Each individual piece of furniture is lovingly crafted by our gifted team of Artisans and Tradespeople – the framing and support, the upholstery, the finished fabrics and fine leathers – all under the supervision and guidance of Master Craftsman, Santo Sulfaro. Santo is also the company’s Managing Director but still maintains a total ‘hands on’ role in all of the company’s manufacturing and production.

The Sulfaro brand has now been established for 60 years. The family patriarch, the late Nunzio Sulfaro, was classically trained in furniture making in Europe.
