Santo remains a ‘hands on’ Artisan supervising all aspects of the furniture making process at Sulfaro’s modern and well-appointed studios and workshop located in Mitcham, directly behind Sulfaro’s showrooms.
Luxury fine furniture requires precision and high quality materials and components. Each item – framing, stainless steel springs, webbing and cushioning, must be measured and executed perfectly. There is no margin for error. With leather it can be buttoning or studding. With fabric it’s piping, skirting and fringing. Each individual piece of furniture is created from framing to finished upholstery with the utmost care, with the vision of the true artist, the Master Craftsman.
