This week we consider a selection from our Contemporary and Modern Collection, suitable for Apartment Living. (The same pieces are often considered for Professional suites, foyers and waiting areas in high level commercial settings.)

Let’s start with the New Tribeca. Pictured here in a deep navy fabric, it’s luxuriant with deep cushioning yet it features narrow curved arms that rise up to meet the high back cushions of the seat. The fabric here called Hug is from Zepel Fabrics . It features a plain walnut stained foot. Contrasting with the sofa we feature the Charlotte Chair with matching Ottoman. The chair is dressed in a fabric from Warwick and is called Doolittle Crimson. The same pattern is again picked up on the Sofa with the cushion throws.

Take a look at the Studio T. The Studio T is perfect for those multi storey apartment blocks – large windows with panoramic views. It’s compact, modern and comfortable. It accentuates the space available with its clean lines. Pictured here it features a fabric from Warwick called Walter Silver .

Narrow rising arms with deep cushioning it’s perfectly matched by the black tub chair, the modern glass timber coffee table, tripod lamp and circular ottoman, all set back upon the thick off-white rug. Ringwood Sofa

Here we feature the Ringwood Sofa. Available in arm chair, 2 seater to 3.5 seater, this is a truly elegant, beautiful piece of furniture. Pictured here with the Chelsea Wing Chair, this two seater is perfect for apartment or town house living.

The fabric the Sofa is dressed in is Warwick Fabrics Eastbourne Pewter with accompanying cushions in a contrasting patterned fabric by Warwick in the same collection Aylesbury Pewter. This fabric is picked up with the Chelsea Wing Chair dressed in the coordinate Warwick Winslow Pewter. Quite demure with soft lights reflecting the blues, greys and silvers of the decor, it’s bright, refreshing yet comforting.

London Sofa

The London Full Back – With a rounded full back, this is a compact sofa with low curved arms and a smooth refined finish. Pictured here as a two seater, the London is also available in 2.5, 3 and 3.5 seaters with matching armchairs as depicted here. The dark timber legs set off the sofa’s fabric Liam in the Warwick fabric collection in soft grey hues. The chair is a contrasted patterned fabric Surrey Ebony by Warwick highlighted via decorative cushions placed on the sofa. Both the tall lamp and the stunning table lamp, the timber side table and coffee table and the various ornaments are all available through Sulfaro and displayed at our Mitcham Showrooms.

From our Contemporary / Modern Collection we feature the Euro Chaise in rich emerald green velvet fabric from the Warwick Plush collection . This is a delightful and fresh lounge piece that blends beautifully into a modern apartment. It’s low, rectangular and features sumptuous cushioning yet it creates a striking design feature. Depicted here with a complimentary modern timber coffee table in a matt finish, it’s stylish, comfortable and modern.

Havana Sofa
