When shopping for new furniture most of what you see is actually imported from offshore – places like China, India, Indonesia and Malaysia. In most cases this type of furniture, the lounge suites and sofas, you view in large furniture ‘warehouses’ and furniture ‘barns’ are robotically manufactured using inferior materials. There is very little choice available in design or styling with sofas often being made to the same ‘cookie cutter’ designs. With some of the bigger furniture retailers the items are manufactured as modular units and shipped to Australia to be assembled. The Retailers then claim these items are Australian made. Sulfaro follow the Covid 19 protocols as recommended by the State Government of Victoria. You will be required to sign in, either via the Services Victoria QR code or manually sign in. It is required that all visitors to the Sulfaro showrooms must produce their vaccination certificate. This is a Victorian State Government Health Department requirement.
